We are always pursuing excellence, and that is the reason why we try to go one step further regarding product quality. In 2018 our new range included the production of single variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which means that we:

Collect all the olives from the specific cultivar trees that we grow
Mill the olives of each cultivar separately
Store each Single Variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained in individual containers
Bottle the EVOOs in small batches to keep them freshest

Following these steps is to ensure that we don´t mix varieties at any stage of the procedure and to offer a high-quality product. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is extracted from freshly harvested olives in low temperatures using the best methods so that the product preserves all its organoleptic properties.

BARNEA – ISRAEL

This is a newly bred cultivar from Israel with high, consistent productivity and is well-suited to mechanical harvesting. It produces a good quality oil of medium yield. It has a high fruiting potential but needs good maintenance and does not respond well to drastic pruning. Non-irrigated orchards alternate heavily.

CORATINA – ITALY

This variety is very adaptable to different growing areas, with consistently high productivity. The oil yield is high with a very high polyphenol content when grown in winter rainfall areas. Grown in summer rainfall areas, Coratina oil displays very different organoleptic characteristics. It tolerates cold very well.

FRANTOIO – TUSCAN ITALY

This variety has a high, very consistent productivity and adapts very well to different environments.  Frantoio is highly rated for its tasty, fruity oil with a high antioxidant content which ensures a long shelf life.

LECCINO – TUSCAN ITALY

It is a vigorous variety with a consistently high productivity. The oil yield is not particularly high, but the fruit has a low removal force and ripens very evenly which augers well for mechanical harvesting. The Leccino variety accounts for about 16% of the oil grown in Tuscany and thus is one of that region’s main varieties…

KORONEIKI – GREECE

This is the main oil variety grown in Greece. The oil yield is high, with a high oleic acid content and is rich in antioxidants. It handles drought well but is sensitive to cold.
