420g green pitted olives
420g black pitted olives
3 Tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tablespoons capers
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup De Rustica Estate Intense extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
