2018 Harvest: Its aroma is definite and ample, rich in fragrant green hints of mint and rosemary, with a definite note of artichoke and chicory. Its taste is fine and vegetal, with a flavor of rocket and lettuce and a distinct finish of black pepper and almond. Bitterness and pungency are present.
