Cashew Nut Sauce

The cashew nut is packed with full of energy, antioxidants, minerals that are essential for robust health. Enough for 4 persons as a condiment


2 slices day-old white bread

30 ml De Rustica Balsamic Vinegar

15 ml Apple Cider Vinegar

15 ml honey

100 g unsalted cashew nuts, crushed

125 ml De Rustica Estate Collection Coratina olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Crumble the bread into small pieces and sprinkle the balsamic and apple cider vinegar over the bread.

Put the bread, honey and nuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. With the processor running add the Coratina olive slowly.


This sauce works very well with grilled fish, roast chicken and pork.
