Tasting: Flavours of macadamia nuts on the palate, smooth and mild with a slight peppery finish. Good mouthfeel. Very well-balanced and harmonious oil.

Pairing: An excellent oil to pair with delicate food like salmon carpaccio, tender buttery salad greens, delicate cheeses like burrata, plain yoghurt and vanilla ice cream.

Sweeter and gentle/soft fruity aromas that are typical for Delicata. The aromas of peas and celery are green, with a subtle hint of floral notes.
